Six class types.
One pace.

Reformer pilates and alignment-led yoga are the anchors of the studio. Barre, mat work, slow flow, and one-to-one practice fill in around them. Every class is taught at a tempo a measure below most studios.

    Reformer Pilates

    A precise, equipment-led practice that builds even strength through resistance and length. Our reformers are spaced for breath, not throughput; classes cap at six.

    Best for: Practitioners who want strength without compression and progress without strain.

    Mat Pilates

    The classical pilates repertoire on the floor, with magic circles, balls, and bands available where they help. Open level. We meet you in your body.

    Best for: First-time practitioners and anyone returning after time away.

  • Steady

    50 minutes

    Barre

    Strength and stamina at a barre, without the cardio-class register. Small isometric work, pulse sequences, and floor finishers in equal measure.

    Best for: Anyone who has tried high-intensity barre and wanted to slow it down.

  • Slow

    75 minutes

    Alignment Yoga

    An alignment-led yoga practice. Props are not optional aids; they are a core part of the practice. Postures are held longer than most studios; transitions are intentional.

    Best for: Practitioners drawn to depth over flow, and to the architecture of each pose.

  • Steady

    60 minutes

    Slow Flow

    A flowing yoga class anchored to the breath. Sequences are full-body and continuous, but every transition is taught. Heated to room temperature, never beyond.

    Best for: Practitioners who want flow without speed and movement without overwhelm.

  • Considered

    60 minutes

    Privates

    A 60-minute one-to-one session, on the reformer or in the studio, scoped to your practice and any limits we are working with. Recommended as a start point for clients with injury history.

    Best for: Returning to practice after injury, pregnancy, or extended time away.
