The Studio

A two-room studio
on Roncesvalles.

Stilla occupies a 1,400-square-foot ground-floor studio in Roncesvalles. A reformer room with six privately-spaced machines, a mat and yoga room with a low barre, and a quiet changing area between them. The room often gets called “the calmest room in the city” by the people who come to it.

Inside the room

What you can expect to find.

  • Showers

    Two private shower rooms with bath sheets and rosemary soap.

  • Change rooms

    Cubbies, full-length mirror, hair dryer, plus a small lounge with tea.

  • Props

    Magic circles, balls, blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps for every class.

  • Reformers

    Six Gratz reformers, full Cadillac, ladder barrel, two spine correctors.

  • Retail

    A small shelf of grippy socks, mats, the props we teach with, and books we like.

  • Accessibility

    Studio is at street level. Step-free entry. Accessible washroom adjacent to lobby.
