Most of our practitioners practice with the same one or two teachers most weeks. The studio is built around long apprenticeship and continued study. Each of our instructors holds a comprehensive certification in their primary tradition, and continues to study under senior teachers in that lineage.

Founder, Senior Pilates Instructor

Lena Korhonen

Focus. Classical reformer, restorative practice, return-to-practice after injury

Lena trained in classical pilates through a five-year apprenticeship in Helsinki, then completed a Polestar comprehensive program in Toronto. Her teaching is precise, quiet, and deeply patient. She founded Stilla in 2022 to make space for the kind of room she wanted to practice in.

Theo Marchetti

Focus. Alignment-led yoga, props as practice, breath sequencing

Theo trained primarily in the Iyengar tradition and has studied with senior teachers in both Pune and New York. Classes are alignment-led, prop-rich, and slow. He believes a posture held with attention teaches more than the same posture flowed through.

Hannah Okafor

Focus. Mat pilates, barre, pre and post-natal practice

Hannah teaches with a warmth that makes the studio feel like the easiest room in the city to walk into for the first time. She specializes in pre and post-natal practice and is the instructor most of our new clients meet first.

Reformer Pilates Instructor

Marisol Vega

Focus. Reformer pilates, athletic populations, post-rehab

Marisol came to teaching through her clinical kinesiology work and brings that lens into every class. Her reformer sessions are exacting and athletic without ever feeling like a workout. She works closely with two physiotherapy practices in Roncesvalles.

We recommend a 60-minute private session as a start point for clients with injury history, returning to practice after pregnancy, or who simply want a slower onboarding into the work.
